The tuning is standard tuning, E A D G B E.
There are just two main sections to learn. Each section will cover the guitar parts for both Keith Richards and Brian Jones.
"Get Of Of My Cloud" makes for a nice rhtyhm guitar workout along with a cool arpeggio picked section during the chorus as well.

In this Dreamer guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play this great ballad by Ozzy Osbourne in its entirety.
The tuning is Eb standard. That is, starting from the 6th string, Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb. Or if your tuner displays sharps for the chromatic notes instead of flats, those notes will be displayed as D# G# C# F# A# D#.
Most of "Dreamer" is piano driven. Instead of just following along with the basic harmony and strumming a few simple chords, I have decided to try and recreate the piano parts on the guitar. It works remarkably well on the guitar and isn't overly difficult to play. From time-to-time I will give you a simplier option if needed.
We will go through all of the sections of the song including a note-for-note breakdown of Zakk Wylde's excellent guitar solo. I will also explain in the video lesson that what you see Zakk play in the offical video or live footage won't match up with what is being heard on the original recording.
