Strange question- Any apps for working on learning guitar....when you cant have a guitar with you? On the train, for instance.

So I've been playing guitar on and off for years, never retaining enough knowledge, and having limited time to stick with it every day. I'm currently taking an hour+ long train ride to and from work, and am using that time to read or learn Spanish. Which made me think...can I at least learn scales or the notes of the fretboard during this time with an app? Or even chord shapes (obviously its different actually fingering them correctly on a real fretboard, but...

Does anyone know of any apps that would help with learning guitar better when you dont have a guitar with you?
