An Educational Survey Of Sorts

Friends, Romans, Guitarists,

I hope you're all doing well (and practicing!) in these strange times. I have a survey for anyone who would be willing to answer. Feel free to answer as many questions in as much detail as you wish to give.

There's a lot of content out there for us guitarists to learn from and I'm looking to get a deeper feel on what works and what doesn't work for people. Here are my questions:

  • What are your biggest frustrations about learning how to play/get better at the guitar?
  • What are your biggest frustrations about learning music theory?
  • How do you best learn? (Videos, written material, etc)
  • What are your biggest challenges in learning music?
  • What have you tried in the past and liked?
  • What have you tried in the past and didn't like?
  • Why is learning to play guitar/understand music meaningful for you?

Thanks so much for your time and input! Keep at it - you're doing great.
