Back in April, IK Multimedia made a major splash when the company announced that Joe Satriani had joined its family of artists. At the time, IK hinted at future collaborations with the superstar guitarist, the first of which the company has finally announced today in the form of the AmpliTube Joe Satriani collection.
Now, this isn't your standard gear announcement. AmpliTube Satriani isn't quite ready yet, (IK says it will be released next year) with some gear still remaining to be selected for the collection. That, however, is where you come in!
Satriani has provided a list of gear to IK Multimedia, which is asking people to vote for their favorites. The winners will be modeled in the eventual AmpliTube Joe Satriani collection.
The winners and full specs of the IK Multimedia AmpliTube Joe Satriani collection will be announced January 16.
