Supro has unveiled its new Blues King 10 amplifier.
The third in the company's series of Blues King tube amps - following previous 12" and 8" versions - the Blues King 10 is a 5-watt, 10" amp that features an onboard spring reverb, switchable FET boost and Fat Drive circuits.
Based on the Chicago-made Supro combos from the 1950s, the Blues King 10 packs a Class-A power amp, a 6V6 power tube and a 12AX7 tube preamp. There are also footswitchable Boost and Drive functions, plus 2-band EQ and Master Volume controls.
Elsewhere, the Blues King 10 features a custom-made analog spring reverb and a ¼” line output located before the master volume for direct recording. The amp also comes loaded with a BK10 speaker and vintage-inspired poplar wood cabinetry.
The Supro Blues King 10 amplifier is available now for $499.
