Hey I’m a few days into learning guitar and can jump between the two finger chords pretty well, but have trouble with G major because of the added pinky. I’ve tried using my first 3 fingers to play it but my hands are much to small to switch to it comfortably with that fingering so I opted for the swapping in the pinky for the first finger, and I’ve found this to be the most comfortable fingering but I’m still having serious difficulty transitioning from the other chords to the G major. I understand I just have to push through it and build muscle memory but if you guys have any tips to make it more natural and easy it would be greatly appreciated!
