I've been playing guitar and bass for about 7 years, and recently a friend of mine decided she wants to learn music, so she bought herself a classical guitar because it's what she can afford.
She asked me if I could teach her how to play, and I gladly said yes. I know theory and technique, but I don't know exactly how to organize lessons.
My idea was to start with basic exercises so her hands and fingers get used to the strings and the fretboard. And then move on to learning the basic chords (major and minor), then moving on to basic scales. This will probably take a while because she's a beginner and also all this would be through skype or discord (our country is in quarantine due to covid-19 so we can't meet in person).
Is there anything I'm missing that I should include? How would you start teaching guitar to a beginner?
