I’m an intermediate player who needs help figuring out a practice plan for quarantine

I’m sorry because I’m sure this has been asked before many times on this subreddit. I’ve been playing guitar for over 7 years and I’m almost entirely self taught. I consider myself a decent guitar player, but I also recognize that, being self taught, there are many holes in my technique and theory. Basically, I want to get better at playing in general, but soloing in particular. I want to improve my skill to the point I can play most fast rock solos, maybe even some metal ones (id love to be able to play the master of puppets solos). To give you an idea of where I’m at skill wise, I can play the first solo in “walk this way”, but not the second one. I just don’t know really where to start; the internet has almost too much stuff and I just have no idea what I should even put into a practice plan. I’ve definitely stagnated in terms of skill development the past few years, so I realize some disciplined practice plans are needed to get any better. My summer internship also got canceled, so I’ll be home with no plans and I figured this is the perfect time to really get some good habits down and improve my playing. I’m willing to commit to a couple hours of focused practice a day. Any exercises, good YouTube channels to watch, or just general tips would be really appreciated.
