How can I improve my right hand accuracy?

I'm working on Carol of the Bells by TSO. Up to this point I've done mostly chord songs so picking different strings fast is new to me.

I'm doing okay learning which strings to hold down, but I struggle to pick the right strings. I'll hold down 2 and accidentally pick 3, etc.

Any tips on how to fix this? It's really frustrating because I feel like by now I should be able to find the right string without looking.

Thanks.
