In this Nobody's Fool guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play this smash-hit ballad by Cinderella in its entirety.
The tuning is standard tuning, E A D G B E.
This is just such a great song (written by Tom Keifer), and it has an excellent main riff and some great soloing by Keifer and Jeff LaBar.
I will take you through each section of the song in the order that each appears on the original recording.
For some of the riffs, Tom and Jeff will be playing separate guitar parts and each of those will be covered.
We also have a few solos to contend with including Jeff LaBar's first solo that can be heard after the first chorus, and the main solo section which starts with Tom Keifer soloing over the entire main riff played one time through followed by Jeff LaBar's turn over the same riff. The solo section ends with some quick harmony guitar lines of which I will just cover the main harmony line.
At the end of the song, Tom Keifer plays an excellent outro solo of which I will also cover note-for-note.
"Nobody's Fool" is pretty much the ultimate 80's ballad with great melodies, riffs and solos.
I hope you guys enjoy learning it as much as I enjoyed working it out for ya! 🙂
R.I.P Jeff LaBar!! Carl...
