Why does the 3rd fret of the A string sounds so wobbly compared to the rest?

Why does the 3rd fret of the A string sounds so wobbly compared to the rest?

I’m pretty sure I tuned all the strings correctly and none of the other frets do it.

Can anyone help me? It kinda drives me insane.

I noticed that the low E kinda does it also but not to the same extent.
