Beginner looking for more routine in practice

I’ve been playing acoustic and electric guitar for roughly 6 months now. I’m really loving it and try to put at least an hour into it each night if I have time after work. Just wanted to get some ideas from more experienced guitarists on practice routines or even on specific things to practice to maximise my time learning and improving. Basically at the moment I just run through the major and pentatonic scale over and over and practice transitioning between different barre chords/ open chords. I spend a little bit of time learning songs but never really stick with them till I have them perfect. Thanks in advance for any replies!
