What's the best guitar input for phone/PC

Hey guys,

Looking to start running my guitar through my phone and/PC. Got an 8-montg old, so need to keep the noise down. Looking for something with low to zero latency. But I'm completely new to this kind of thing. Anybody got any recommendations?
